Join former State Representative John Moran, Commons Reporter Olga Peters, and VT Press Association Executive Director Mike Donoghue to learn more about state, regional, and local government: who does what, how do you know what they’re doing, and who should you talk to when you have an idea or issue, including the importance of the Open Meeting Law and public records.
