This fall marks the 21st year of the Library’s annual book sale, organized by the Friends of the Library and spanning the weekend before the Newfane Heritage Festival. With the much appreciated assistance of students and staff of Kindle Farm School, books are carried to the Union Hall, the site of the sale, just off the Newfane Common. All year our volunteers sort contributed books into over 25 categories, making for easy shopping. This year we are pleased to offer an unusually large number of books, especially mysteries, cookbooks, and children’s books. Many books are below our usual bargain prices, so come get your winter reading!
